New Orleans has become one of my favorite destinations. There is something unique and interesting everywhere you look, and people love to have meaningful conversations instead of just party talk.

The Elysian Bar is one of those places we discovered while driving aimlessly in the French Quarter, and I am so glad that we did. It is nestled in an old church that has been given a second life as a boutique hotel, bar, and event space. Everything about it was magical, especially the drinks that Eric was making behind the bar - full of the surprises and mystery that New Orleans is known for.
